Description

The Gianduja Hazelnut Cream is a sweet and spreadable compound whose main ingredient is 55% PGI Piedmont Hazelnuts (Protected Geographical Indication), with the addition of sugar, milk and cocoa.

Gianduja cream is ancient and is a tradition of Piedmont. It was born around the 19th century from the need of confectioners who, to counter the increase in cocoa prices, added hazelnuts to the base of the chocolate; up to today where it remains one of the most popular creams in the world.

The territorial and climatic characteristics of the Langhe make the Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut the best hazelnut in the world.

Having such a high percentage of hazelnuts, it can make even just a simple slice of bread tasty.
